Chapters Have Arrived

With version 22.1, chapters have arrived! BTR AMP now understands chapters in your audiobooks, live sets, and long-form mixes — plus playback upgrades and fixes throughout. The Chapters guide covers everything: what you'll see in the player, where chapters come from, and how to add them to your own files.
- Player - Chapters - automatic detection from cue sheets, M4B embedded chapter data, or track comments
- Player - shows the current chapter title, chapter progress, and a chapter-aware scrubber; skip forward/back moves between chapters, and the queue panel lists every chapter
- Player - Dual progress bars show chapter and full-file position on all player surfaces, including mini players
- Player - "End of Chapter" sleep timer option
- Player - Sticky Shuffle: keep shuffle Off, Automatic, or Always on across sessions
- Player - Resampling algorithm setting (Normal, Mastering, Minimum Phase) for fine-tuning sound quality
- Connect - start/stop button on sync jobs, and junk-file filtering to keep hidden/system files out of transfers
- Library - Album Songs view uses an elegant blurred backdrop for wide cover art
- Library - More accurate bit-depth info for ALAC and FLAC files
- App - Major translation quality overhaul across all 33 supported languages
- Player - Skip Previous occasionally resumed mid-song instead of restarting the track
- Player - Long files (like podcasts) could resume just before their own end after finishing, causing playback to loop
- Library - A rare issue that could leave the Playlists tab empty
- Library - Some M4A files failed to import
